Smile is a one of the way to express yourself shows that you are in happy (…or else). Do you know? There are many benefit of smile:
Smile is one of the exercises...(>___<)
Smile actually is included as an exercise for face. Many people say that if we always smile makes you look younger from actually age. Indirectly, when you always exercise your face (smile), it can improve your health.
Smile makes people around you feel good...(^___^)
Yes! It true that smile can makes people around you comfortable with you. Even you doesn’t know that people, if you smile to him / her, surely that people will give positive feedback like smile to you back (...except that people doesn’t have heart). Always smile at your friends surely your friends will give positive react to you. Make a smile when you in dates, meeting, or presentation will make yourself become more confident and make others people like to you.
Smile change your mood...(-___-")
Are you in the bad mood? If you want to change your mood from bad to good, you only have to do is smile. Yes! Only smile. How to change your mood by smile? It is very easy, enjoy yourself; do the things that you enjoy to do. For example, play games, shopping, surf internet and others. To me, if I in a bad mood, I always watch funny movies (Futurama). Indirectly when I watch funny movies makes me laugh and smile. It depend to you how you express yourself. (Important: make sure your enjoy yourself in legal ways)
Smile can decrease the level of stress...(o___o)
Many people had their own problem. If the problem comes frequently, surely it can increase your stress level. If you in stress make sure you cool-down first before takes any action, this is because if you make action in stress condition surely the action you make are not relevance. This is because at that time you were influences by your stress feeling and frequently to you to makes a bad thing is very high. I know it is hard to control yourself in that time but you have to face and control it. Make sure you reduce your stress level and control yourself in order to makes a relevance action and decision.
Actually there are many benefit of smile, but I list the benefit from my experiences. The most important is makes sure you smile from your heart and naturally, not forces from yourself or others. I know others people will say you are crazy if your smile lonely with any cause. To prevent from people say you crazy, so you have to smile depend in the situation and place only. Whatever reason and the way you smile, make sure the smile your make is the smile that can give happy to yourself and others.
